I used pastel color food coloring.
Twisted bagels....
Baked for 18minutes.
AP flour 200g
yeast tsp1/2
water 120g
sugar tblsp1
salt tsp1/2
Pain de Mie bread you can find at 7-11 in Japan is amazing.
This is the premium pain de mie bread you cna find at almost any 7-11 in Japan.
What is amazing about this bread is the its ingredients.
There is no added something that I cannot pronounce correct.
No emulsifier, no yeast food.
This bread is little bit expensive for convenience store bread but it's selling well.
Retrodor by Viron
"Retrodor" is the famous baguette of boulangerie Viron.
I like its crumb.
I used to think this is one of the best baguettes.......but
In my opinion, this baguette's aroma is getting weak recently.
It used to have better aroma before..
Fougasse : Dried Tomato
Fougasse is good for appetizer.
I love to eat this dried tomato fougasse when having wine.
Sweet and sour dried tomato is a fine accent to lean bread.
pain au raisin from VIron
My favorite bakery Viron's pain au raisin.
Its custard is not too sweet yet high in flavor.
Heat it for a while before eating and have good happy time.

Its chocolate croissant is very fluffy and has good flaky layers.
You can find Viron inTokyo.
One in Shibuya and another in Marunouchi.

I found a new product at frozen
food section at the supermarket.
This bread was individually packed.
Baked in about 15minutes in the
oven.
fluffy and sweet.
Hard Toast Bread
Sometimes Dad buys this bread at the bakery in the department store.

No butter, No margarine
Community Building Sandwich
Last year, I planned catering for a reception party [theme:knowing others] with my friends.
This was one of the menus we came up with.
We asked a professional baker to make
a loaf of long pain de mie sandwich bread
and made it to a huge sandwich.
People who came to the party had to cut it
with the long metal cutting blade,
so they have to communicate to each other
and conversation between them started quite naturally.
